发展我国鲟鱼业的探讨

本文在回顾了国内外鲟鱼业的现状与进展之后,根据我国的鲟鱼资源和优越的自然条件,并借鉴国外发展鲟鱼业的经验,论证了我国有发展鲟鱼业的巨大潜力,探讨了长江等主要水系及大型水库、湖泊养殖鲟鱼的必要性与可行性,对发展我国鲟鱼业提出了一些有益的建议。

AN APPROACH TO DEVEIOPING STURGEON FISHERY IN CHINA

There are about 8 species of sturgeons in China. In the Yangtze, theChientang, the Zhujiang, the Amur, the Irtish and the lli River, all occursturgeons. The Yangtze Rivet falls into the Yellow Sea and the East ChinaSea. The gross area of both seas is 1.15 million km~2, which are a very broadwater-zone for migration-sturgeons graze. So the Yangtze River has the grea-test potence of developing sturgeon fishery. In the Northwest Area, thearea of saltwater lakes takes up 55% of the gross area (80000km~2) of thelakes in China, and there are many large reservoirs above ten-thousand mu.All these are suitable for the transplantation and acclimatization for sturge-ons. If we actively take the measure of artificial propagation of sturgeonsto develop their fishery, the sturgeons output of our country will probablygo ahead of the world.
