苯噻草胺在水稻上的残留动态分析

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定了苯噻草胺在水稻及稻田环境中的残留动态。结果表明:苯噻草胺在植株、米糠、土壤、糙米和田水的添加回收率为80.40%~104.27%;苯噻胺在植株中的半衰期为2.37~2.59 d,在土壤中的半衰期为2.01~2.19 d,在稻田水的半哀期为0.41 d;收获的水稻糙米中苯噻草胺最终残留量均低于最低检测限。

Abstract:Residue dynamics and terminal residue of mefenacet in rice and field environment were studied by HPLC.The results showed that the recoveries of mefenacet in straw,bran,soil,rice and water samples ranged from 80.40%~104.27%.The half-life of degradation for mefenacet was 2.37~(2.59) days in straw,2.01~2.19 days in soil,0.41 days in water.The terminal residue in rice was less than the lowest determination limits.
