植物生长延缓剂对番茄抗逆性的影响

摘    要:用植物生长延缓剂B_9(N,N-二甲基琥珀酰胺酸)及PIX(N,N-二甲基哌啶(钅翁)氯化物)处理番茄幼苗,可增加西茄植株的干物质含量,比叶重、叶片可溶性糖含量,根系活力及叶片束缚水含量,同时降低叶片自由水含量、织织水势和冠根比。经处理的幼苗茎皮层及维管束宽度增加,导管较大,机械组织发达。处理植株较对照植株有较强的抗旱和抗寒能力。

Abstract:The present experiment was carried out in order to find out theeffects of some growth retardants, inclucing B_9 (N. N-dimethylamino succinamic acid)and PIX (N. N-dimethylpiperidimium chloride), on the resistance of tomatoes(Lycoqerstcon esculentum Mill). The results are as follows: A single foliar spray ofeither B_9 Of PIX during the seedling stage was found to be able to increase the drymatter content of the plants, the specific leaf weight, the soluble sugars, the boundwater content of the leaves and the activity of TTC reduction by the roots, Accordingly,the free water content and tissue water potential of the leaves were decreased. Thecortices, the fibro-vascular boundles and mechanical tissues of the stems of the plantstreated _with the retardants were wider than those of the control plants. The treatedplants were more drought and cold resistant than the control plants.
