三十烷醇对3种单细胞藻类生长的影响

摘    要:探讨了不同浓度的三十烷醇对蛋白核小球藻、斜生栅藻、菱形硅藻生长及生理活性的影响。结果表明,三十烷醇对这3种单细胞藻的细胞增殖、叶绿素a和光合放氧量均有明显促进作用,对小球藻、栅藻和硅藻的促生长最佳浓度分别为2 mg/L、5 mg/L和0.01 mg/L。

Abstract:This research probed intothe influence of different concentrations of triacontanol(TA)on the growth and physiological activityof Chlorella pyrenoides,Scenedesmus obliquus,Nitzschia hantzschiana Rabh.The results showed that TA can significantly improve the growth rate,chlorophyll-acontent and oxygen releasing of the three algaes with different concentration.The optimum concentrations of TA that used in Chlorella pyrenoides,Scenedesmus obliquus,Nitzschia hantzschiana Rabh were 2 mg/L,5 mg/L and 0.01 mg/L respectively.
