| 摘 要： | 基于供求理论,采用实地调查数据,从社会养老保险、农村合作医疗和农村低保三个层面,深入剖析了农民工对流出地农村建立和完善社会保障的影响。结果显示：农民工促进了新型农村社会养老保险制度的建立和完善;对医疗保险的完善提出了新挑战;对最低生活保障无显著影响。

| Abstract: | Based on supply and demand theory,and with the field survey data,this paper focused on the social endowment insurance and the cooperative medical service as well as the rural subsistence,to deepen the impact on establishment and improvement of social security in flowing-out areas by the rural migrant workers.The results showed that migrant workers in rural areas were helpful to establishing and perfecting of the social endowment insurance system;A new challenge for medical insurance was posed;No significant effect to the minimum living guarantee.Based on which,enlightenment has been put forwarded. |
