关于提高应用型本科植保专业学生实践技能探究

通过对吉林农业科技学院近3年不同届次植物保护专业应届毕业生的实际跟踪调研,结果发现目前植物保护专业毕业生正面临着能力弱化现象.这些现象集中体现在实践技能、知识理论能力、个人综合工作能力等,其中实践技能和综合能力在社会实际工作与生产中演化出的矛盾尤为突出.本文就当下植物保护专业毕业生所出现的几点问题进行探讨,并对有关应用型本科植物保护专业学生的实践技能和个人能力的培养提出几点建议.

Exploration on Improving Students Practical Skills of Plant Protection Professional in Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities

It found that the capability or aptitude have degenerated about the current graduates through the survey and report on different previous graduates of plant protection for three years. All of outstanding problems are showing on the practical skills, comprehensively personal capabilities, speculative knowledge, and the central contradiction for the first two. In this paper, have some talking about the problems, and also take some proposals on training mode for the application - oriented plant protection undergraduate talent.
