| Abstract: | In the 16th National Congress of the CPU and the 4th Plenum of the 16th CPU Central Committee,comprehensively expounded the construction of strengthening the Party's holding power ability,broadened the connotation of the party building,made the focal point clear about the party building,provided the science basis for full-scale strengthening the party's holding power ability construction.All these are great development to Marxism party building theory,fill the vacancy of Marxism party building theory,and are the great achievement and important expression to theory development. |
