| 摘 要： | 高校开展职业指导工作对促进毕业生就业具有重要作用和意义，但当前高校职业指导工作中还存在对职业指导工作的内涵认识不足，职业指导的师资匮乏，职业指导工作缺乏系统性和延续性等问题；高校应该通过树立正确的职业指导理念，加强高校职业指导师资队伍建设，构建完善的高校职业指导工作模式等途径进一步加强职业指导工作。

| Abstract: | Developing the university vocational guidance has an important function and significance to promote the graduates employment. But it still has some problems in university vocational guidance, such as insufficient understanding of connotation of vocational guidance, the shortage of teachers of vocational guidance, the systematization and continuity of vocational guidance. The university should take ways that establish a correct concept of vocational guidance, strengthen teaching staff construction in vocational guidance, construct the working mode of university voca- tional guidance to further strengthen the vocational guidance. |
