| 摘 要： | 随着房地产行业竞争的加剧和房地产市场的逐步规范,如何通过加强成本管理,控制成本支出,不断提高经营效益,正被越来越多的房地产开发企业所重视和关注。本文就目前我国房地产开发企业成本管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出具体对策。
