矮牵牛的快速繁殖

摘    要:矮牵牛带芽嫩茎、嫩叶作为外植体,经培养都能再生完整植株。诱导分化阶段,带芽嫩茎以腋芽发育为主,也有不定芽发育,最适培养基MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L或MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L;叶片以不定芽发育为主,在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L及MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L培养基上,丛生芽分化效果最好。继代增殖阶段,切割新梢接种于MS培养基或切割丛生芽接种于MS+6-BA0.5mg/L培养基,均可获得6~10倍的增殖。生根培养阶段,1/2MS+IBA0.01—0.05mg/L培养基的生根效果好,移栽成活率可达95.6%。

Abstract:The stems with a bud and the leaves of Petunia hybrida as explants were cultured in tubes and plantlet regeneration was all accomplished.In induction and differentiation stage: The stems with a bud produced axillary buds first,and adventitious buds too.The most appropriate media were MS implementation of 6-BA0.5mg/L and NAA0.1mg/L,or 6-BA1.0mg/L and NAA0.5mg/L;The leaves differentiated adventitious buds.On MS with 6-BA0.5mg/L and NAA0.5mg/L,or on MS with 6-BA1.0mg/L and NAA0.1mg/L,rosette buds grew well.New...
