微粉化技术对金银花叶抑菌效果的研究

摘    要:采用温水法对不同粒度中药材金银花叶进行提取,利用圆形纸片法对7种常见菌进行抗菌试验。结果显示随着粉碎粒度的变细,金银花叶的抑菌效果明显提高,即超微粉(10μm)〉160目筛细粉〉120目筛细粉〉80目筛细粉〉60目筛细粉。得出微粉化技术对金银花叶抑菌效果影响明显。

Abstract:The method is to extract different granularity of traditional Chinese medicinal materials Honeysuckle leaf through adopting warm water method,and to utilize antibiotic test to seven common bacterium through rounded paper disk method.The results showed that more fine grinding granularity,more obvious increasing effects of bacteriostasis Honeysuckle leaf,namely submicron powder(10μm) 160 mesh sieve powder 120 mesh sieve powder 80 mesh sieve powder 60 mesh sieve powder.Obvious effects have been generated to the bacteriostasis of the honeysuckle leaf by micronization technology.
