摘    要:分子标记辅助选择比以表现型为基础的选择更为有效。这种选择不仅针对主效基因有效,而且针对多基因控制的数量性状(quantitative trait locus,QTL)也同样有效。尤其是可进行早期选择,而不必如常规育种过程中,对产量、后期叶部及穗部抗病性等只有在成熟期才能进行鉴定,而造成人力、物力及财力浪费。选择适当的群体类型、规模及分子标记,建立尽量饱和的分子标记图谱,从整个基因组水平上,进行QTL的精密定位、探索其效应大小、作用方式等,发展基于QTL图谱的标记辅助选择的新方法,应是目前研究的重点。

Abstract:Marker-assisted selection (MAS) is better than selection based on phenotypic. This way is valid aimed not only quality trait but also quantitative trait locus (QTL). Particularly selection in early phase can be implemented, which the selection aimed certain traits as yield disease resistance in later period of leaves or ears in traditional breeding procedure must be carried out at mature. MAS may protect from squander of manual labor material & financial resources.Using suitable population or its scale and proper molecular marker technique, construct saturated linkage map. A series of works as accurate identification of QTL and their gene action at whole genomic developing new method based on QTL map should be emphasis. It should be the focal research point today.
