水沸腾相变过程的数值模拟

为了解沸腾换热的机理,掌握相变换热的数值模拟方法,本文分别对大容器沸腾和竖直通道内的强制对流沸腾进行了数值模拟。通过定义汽液两相的质量传递和能量传递,计算得到了速度场、压力场、温度场和蒸汽体积比例分数等参数的分布情况。结合沸腾换热理论和模拟结果,分析了两种不同情况下水的沸腾换热过程。

Numerical Simulation of the Water Phase Change

In order to understand the mechanism of boiling heat transfer, and to grasp numerical simulation method of phase change heat transfer, this paper simulates the large containers boiling and the vertical channel forced convection boiling. The parameters distribution-velocity, pressure, temperature,steam volume fraction distribution of scores and so on are obtained by solving the equations of vapor-liquid two-phase mass transfer and energy transfer. The heat transfer processes of the boiling in two different situations are analyzed combining the theory of boiling heat transfer and simulation results.
