摘    要:为了解吉林省不同地区猪场仔猪大肠杆菌的耐药性情况,实验采用Kirby-Bauer氏法(K-B法)测定了临床分离的132株致病性大肠杆菌对22种抗菌药物的耐药性,继而通过平皿二倍稀释法测定了其中的40株多重耐药性大肠杆菌对6种常用抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,132株大肠杆菌均表现出不同程度的耐药,并且多数为多重耐药株,其中的40株多重耐药大肠杆菌对6种常用抗菌素的耐药率在31.3%~93.8%之间。这些结果为临床大肠杆菌病的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to understand the drug resistance characters of Escherichia coli in piglets of Jilin Province different area pig farm,K-B method of 22 kinds of drug reagent was used to conduct the drug susceptibility test,Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) was detected 6 frequently used antibiotic drugs resistant to 40 pathogenic E.coli strains by flat plate two-fold dilution assay.The results showed that different drug resistant level of the 132 strains was displayed.The result of MIC showed the drug resistant rate of 40 pathogenic E.coli strains to 6 drugs ranged from 31.3% to 93.8%.The results were provided theory for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
