The New Path Analysis of Becoming Effective Teachers

With curriculum innovation,effective teaching has become the focus of discussion.However,as long as there is teaching,the status of teachers can not be overlooked as a teaching center.The concept of effective teachers put forward by American educator Baoli Qi has provided a new way of thinking for developing teaching methods undoubtedly.This article aims to analyze the behavior of teaching effective,and explore some new paths to become effective teachers in preparing for teaching.
