不同生根剂处理对金叶榆嫩枝扦插影响的研究

摘    要:以金叶榆当年生半木质化嫩枝为扦插材料,研究4种不同质量分数的生根剂(ABT6、NAA、IAA、IBA)对扦插生根的影响.结果表明:大部分激素处理都可不同程度的的提高金叶榆嫩枝扦插的生根率,尤以ABT6处理后的生根率最高,以200mg/L的激素配比最为理想;IAA的效果次之,以100mg/L的激素配比最好;IBA、IAA的效果相近,分别以50mg/L和400mg/L的激素配比最佳;经过生根剂处理后的金叶榆在生根数量和长度上有差异,生根时间较清水对照有所提前.

Abstract:The one-year-old twigs of Ulmus Pumila cv. jinye were used as cuttings to detect the effect of plant growth regulators (ABT6, NAA, IAA, IBA } with different concentrations on rooting of cuttings .The results indicated that the rooting rate was improved more or less by most of treatments. The highest rooting rate was from ABT6 treatment, with ABT6 200mg/L.Second, IAA(100mg/L) was suitable. Third, the effect of IBA(50mg/1), NAA(250mg/L) were nearly. There were significant differences of root number, long growth regulators, but all the rooting time of cuttings treated were advanced than those untreated.
