| 摘 要： | 近10年来,中国新建本科院校教育质量倍受各界关注,而受到批评最多的还是教学质量,因此,教育部和各高校都将希望寄托到“教学质量监控体系”的建立和运行上,高校的研究者也将目光投向对教学过程的监控,特别是对课堂教学过程的监控.本文作者认为：目前这种“监控体系”基本停留在对教学的“表面”监控上,还未全面关注到影响高校教学质量的本质问题.
