| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,经济的进步,高校图书馆作为人类社会的信息中心,应充分利用丰富的馆藏和人力资源优势面向社会服务。通过对国内外高校图书馆面向社会服务现状的分析,提出了高校图书馆面向社会开放服务的必要性和实施方略。
