| 摘 要： | 黔东南苗疆山峦重叠,沟壑纵横,灌溉难度较大,该地区的农业发展历来仰赖水利灌溉。清代,黔东南苗疆因地制宜地兴修了一大批堰、塘、坝、井、泉等水利灌溉设施,并通过改良灌溉工具不断改善这一地区的灌溉条件。为了合理高效利用水利资源,该地区还因地制宜制定了一套水利管理制度,有效地促进了该地区农业发展和社会稳定。

| Abstract: | It is difficult to irrigate because of the overlapping mountains and gullies in Miao area of southeastern Guizhou.The agricultural development in this area has always been depending on water conservancy irrigation.In the Qing Dynasty,a large number of weirs,ponds,dams,wells,springs and other irrigation facilities were built in the Miao area of southeastern Guizhou Province according to local conditions,and the irrigation conditions were continuously improved by upgrading irrigation tools.In order to make rational and efficient use of water resources,a set of water conservancy management systems were formulated according to local conditions,which effectively promoted the agricultural development and social stability in the region. |
