摘    要:斗茶源于唐兴于宋,是以评比茶叶品质与点茶技艺为媒介而形成的茶俗文化。南宋时期,来华日僧荣西所著《吃茶养生记》介绍了宋代点茶法,斗茶文化随之东传。日本镰仓时代末期至室町时代流行于新兴武士阶层的斗茶文化,已初具日本茶道的雏形,是为日本茶道的草创阶段。

Abstract:Tea competition,originated from the Tang Dynasty and thrived in the Song Dynasty,was the folk culture of competition for tea quality and tea preparation skills.During the Southern Song Dynasty,Japanese monk Eisai introduced tea competition in his book Treaties on Tea Drinking for Health.As a result,the culture of tea competition was widespread in Japan.During the period from the end of Kamakura era to Muromachi era,the tea competition,widely circulated among the rising samurai class,had already shaped the embryonic form of Japanese tea ceremony,which therefore can be viewed as the preliminary stage of Japanese tea ceremony.
