东方百合Tiber多倍体诱导及其快繁研究

在离体培养条件下，比较了不同浓度、不同处理时间的秋水仙素对东方百合的诱变效果。结果表明：浸泡法以0．02％的秋水仙素处理15h的诱变效果最佳，变异率达到13．3％。混培法以添加0．05％的秋水仙素处理15d效果最佳，变异率达到6．7％。对多倍体植株进行组织快繁，最佳增殖培养基为Ms＋BA 1．0mg/／L＋NAA0．1mg／L，增殖倍数达到1．5，生根培养基1／2MS＋IAA0．2mg／L，生根率为100％。

POLYPOIDY INDUCTION AND RAPID PROLIFERATION IN TIBER OF LILIUM ORIENTAL

In in vitro culture,Lilium oriental was treated with colchicines at different concentrations and time duration.The highest mutation rate(13.3%) was achieved in the treatment of immersing the shoot tips in colchicine solution at 0.02% for 15 h.In mixed culture,the highest mutation rate(6.7%) was achieved when the explants were cultured in a medium containing colchicine at 0.05% for 15 d.In rapid propagation of the polyploid plantlets,the optimum multiplication medium was MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,the coefficient of multiplication being 1.5,and the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L,the rooting rate being 100%.
