| Abstract: | In the spring of the same year or of other years, the growing duration of the hybrid rice parent, the number of leaves on the main stalk, the accumulated effective temperature from the interplanting to the initial earing and their stabilities in the planting period for the seed production were observed and analyzed. And it was, therefore, proposed to adopt accumulated effective temperature to determine the interplanting difference of the parent rice for the seed production and to preddict the flowering period, which was proved an accurate, quick, simple and easy method in the seed production of the hybrid rice. |
