小麦品种在低温下膜功能变化的生物物理学分析

摘    要:本文以冬性及春小麦品种为试材,用示踪,液闪计数及测定电解质泄漏的方法,测定低温胁迫下膜脂的代谢和电解质渗透的变化,并根据热力学的原理,分析其生物膜上的化学反应和扩散过程及膜上物质通量Jj与跨膜电势Em的函数关系。

Abstract:Varieties of cold-resistant and non-cold-resistant wheat were used as research materials, the labelling technique and the liquid scintillation counter were adopted to determine the phosphatide metabolism on membranes of various wheat and the changes of their electrolyte osmosis under the stress of low temperature. Based on the principle of thermodynamics, this paper mades an analysis of the function relations of the chemical reaction, the ion diffusing process and the substance flux on the biomembranes (J) with the across membrane electric potential (Em).
