小城镇基准地价更新方法研究

摘    要:随着乡镇企业和地方经济的发展,小城镇驻地土地区域差异越来越大,客观上要求对其进行土地基准地价测算。相对于大城市来说,小城镇驻地基准地价测算样点有类型少、分布不均等特点。以新泰市青云城区基准地价测算为例,从实际出发初步探讨了小城镇驻地基准地价测算方法的选择。

Abstract:With the development of rural enterprises and local economy,the regional heterogeneity in land in small towns becomes increasingly great,which imposes an objective demand for timely assessing the standard land price.In contrast to the large cities,small towns have fewer types of sample sites and they are unevenly distributed.A case study was made of the urban area of Xintai city and some assessment methods were compared and discussed.
