摘    要:应用高稳系数法(HSC)对参试的5个甘蔗品种的9个主要性状4a6个试点的区域试验资料进行了环境因素对不同性状的效应分析,结果表明:蔗糖分和茎径的表现稳定,主要受遗传效应作用的影响,有效茎数、茎长和萌芽率受环境因素的影响较小,较稳定,而蔗茎产量、蔗糖产量、分蘖率和单茎重则受环境效应的影响较大,表现不稳定;粤糖93/159、Roc22和Roc16的9个性状表现优良,且稳定系数较高,属于适应性好、高产高糖、稳定性好的优良品种,可大面积推广应用;Roc10和粤糖63/237表现不佳,原优良特性业已退化,在生产上应予淘汰。

Abstract:HSC (high stability coefficient) method was employed to analyze the data in regional tests of 5 sugarcane varieties at 6 experimental sites in 4 years. Sucrose content and stalk diameter were controlled by inheritance of the variety, resulting in their high stability. Environment effect on the number of millable cane, stalk length and germination percentage was moderately significant and, therefore, these characters were relatively stable. The characters of stalk yield, sugar yield, stooling percentage and stalk weight were unstable due to the significant effect of environment. The varieties Yuetang 93/159, Roc 22 and Roc 16 are recommended for extension in commercial cultivation because all the 9 characters studied were good and stable, showing them to be widely adaptable, high - yielding and highly stable varieties. The varieties Roc 10 and Yuetang 63/237 performed poorly, their original good traits had deteriorated and, therefore, should be discarded in commercial production.
