摘    要:该研究对指挥调度系统建设目标、总体框架和数据体系进行了探讨.通过三维建模、流模式加载和空间数据聚合等关键技术搭建的指挥调度系统,集成了动监110接处警、视频监控、预测预警辅助和三维应急处置指挥等关键功能,并结合目前实际应用情况,阐述了系统应用的广阔前景.
