苹果砧木资源的抗旱性研究

摘    要:以苹果属16个种和类型的二年生实生苗的试材,进行人工干旱处理,测定其生化指标的变化及叶片受害程度。结果表明,除脯氨酸外,其余指标与旱害级数呈极显著相关,表明可作为苹果属植物抗旱性研究的参考指标。根据砧木叶片受害级数对16个种和类型砧木的抗旱性进行分组归类,并用聚类分类法探讨了苹果砧木抗旱机理。

Abstract:The changes and relationships were studied among the droughtinjury coefficient,rela-tive cell conductive(RC),superoxide dismutase(SOD)active,tnalondialdyde(MDA)contents,proline(Pro) contents,stomatic resistance(Sr),transpiration(Tr)coefficientin the two-year-old seedlings of sixteen species of malus under continous soil waterstress, The results showed that drought injury ccefficient was a feliable index in the class-fication of rootstock drought resistance, Except Pro content,the other indexes were sig-nificently correlated with drought injury coefficient.Therefore,it is reasonable to suggestthat they can be used as physiological indexes in screening drought resistant apple root-stock. Based on the physiological and biochemical parameters,the resistance of apple root-stocks to water stress was synthetically analyzed by hierarchical clustering method whichmight explain mechanism on drought resistance of apple rootstocks to water stress.
