华盛顿脐橙和锦橙生理落果与GA和ABA含量研究

对华盛顿脐橙和锦橙幼果内源ＧＡ和ＡＢＡ含量分析表明，脐橙幼果脱落与ＡＢＡ含量呈极显著正相关，与ＡＢＡ／ＧＡ呈显著正相关，与ＧＡ含量呈不显著负相关。锦橙幼果脱落与ＡＢＡ／ＧＡ和ＡＢＡ为不显著正相关。与ＧＡ呈不显著负相关。在生理落果期中，ＡＢＡ含量、ＡＢＡ／ＧＡ和幼果脱落果均为脐橙＞锦橙。

RESEARCH ON THE CORRELATION AMONG THE GA,ABA AND YOUNG FRUIT DROP OF THE SWEET ORANGE

The analysis of the endogenous GA,ABA in the young fruit of the Washington navelorange and Jing orange has showed that the fruit drop correlates with the value of ABA,ABA/GA in the young fruits.The young fruit droping of the Washington navel is r=0.86 of ABA in young fruit,had correlation r=0.626 ABA/GA,had negative correla-tion with that of GA. The young fruit drop of the Jing orange is not correlated with con-tent of ABA and GA and ABA/GA,For the young fruit drop,the vatue of ABA andABA/GA in the young fruits,two varieties above showed :Washington navel > Jing orange,but the amount of the young fruit drop is Washington navel>Jing orang.
