Abstract:This paper presents the principles of a controlled atmosphere(CA)instrument de-veloped by a laboratory of Southwest Agricultural University and its making,regulationand application.In the laboratory,the instrument can achieve required concentrations ofO_2,CO_2and N_2:The control scope of O_2ranges from 1% to 99% and of CO_2from 3% to99%,N_2being the rest of the atmosphere to be regulated.
