| 摘 要： | 花魔芋块茎愈伤组织对含BA和NAA培养基的反应较好,对2.4—D与BA、NAA与KT组合反应较差。当BA/NAA>1时,有利于芽发生,BA/NAA<0.5时,有利于根形成。从MS中除去NH_4~+-N,显著促进了芽再生。

| Abstract: | The reflection of The callus of the corm of A. rivieri to the NAA-
BA composition is better than the 2.4--D--BA and the NAA--KT composi-
tion. The bud regeneration or root differentiation is enhanced while the
ratio of BA to NAA is more than 1 or less than 0.5 respectively. There
is also a remarkable promotion in bud regeneration when the NH~(+)_4 is
removed from the MS basal medium. |
