温洲蜜柑叶片光谱反射率与叶绿素含量的相关性

摘    要:以日南一号温州蜜柑为试材,对不同时期、不同黄化程度叶片反射光谱及叶绿素含量进行研究,结果表明,日南一号叶片反射光谱在350~1750nm范围内,出现了5次反射峰,其中可见光区域552nm和近红外长波1680nm波段处各出现了1次较弱的反射峰,在近红外短波段范围出现了3次强反射峰.在整个测定波段范围内,光谱反射率强弱为夏梢叶片〉春梢叶片〉秋梢叶片.随着叶绿素含量降低,叶片反射率增强,但叶绿素含量进一步降低,反射率出现减弱.在可见光波段范围,光谱反射率强弱为重度黄化叶〉中度黄化叶〉轻度黄化叶〉正常叶,而在近红外区域,出现中度黄化叶〉重度黄化叶〉轻度黄化叶〉正常叶的趋势.

Abstract:The spectral reflectance and chlorophyll contents of the leaves with different degrees of etiolation of satsuma orange cv. Nichinan 1 were determined at different periods and their relationship was analyzed. Five reflection peaks appeared in the region from 350 nm to 1750 nm. A weak reflection apex occurred at 552nm in the visible light region and another at 1680 nm in the infrared region. Three strong reflection apices were noticed in the infrared short-wave region. In the whole wave band range measured, summer leaves had the greatest spectral reflectance, followed in order by spring leaves and autumn leaves. Spectral reflectance of the leaves increased with decreasing chlorophyll content to a certain point and declined thereafter. Within the visible light region, severely etiolated leaves had the greatest spectral reflectance, followed in order by moderately etiolated leaves, slightly etiolated leaves and natural leaves. Within the infrared region, moderately etiolated leaves had the greatest spectral reflectance, followed in order by severely etiolated leaves, slightly etiolated leaves and natural leaves.
