菇渣沼气发酵中主要菌群数量变化与产气的关系

摘    要:采用厌氧技术研究了菇渣作原料进行沼气发酵的细菌组成、数量分布及其与产气的关系。结果表明,发酵初期,产酸菌是优势类群;发酵中期以后,纤维分解细菌逐渐成为优势类群;发酵后期,甲烷菌数略高于发酵初期。产气效果菇渣优于稻草。

Abstract:By means of the anaerobic technique,using mushroom residues as raw materials to elucidate the relationship between the functional bacteria distribution and biogas production rate during the biogas fermentation Was studied. It is found that in the first stage of the fermentation process, the acid-producing bacteria dominate the digest system, wheras the major microbes in the second(middel) stage are cellulolytic bacteria, and in the last stage, the number of methane-producing bacteria is slightly higher than in the first stage. In view of methane production the mushroom residues may be better than rice-strow as raw materials for biogas fermentation.
