摘    要:我们首次合成了细胞核+细胞质双重不育系,该不育系中一半植株仍带有polcms特征,开花初期出现微量花粉,另一半植株表现核完全不育特征,且不受温度影响,核不育基因基本能在polcms系中正常表达,但也有一定的互作现象。本文还讨论了新不育系的遗传组成及在油菜杂种优势利用和机理研究方面的重要作用。

Abstract:Based on a systematic study of the change in fertility in nucleus and cytoplasm male sterilty lines (nms and cms), an artificially synthesized nucleus+cytoplasm twin-ms line was developed through seven generations of breeding ,thus overcoming the problem of all the Pol cms lines applied in current rape production that their fertility varies with temperature . Half the plants of the new sterility line maintain the features of the Pol cms lines while the other half shw the features of nms line , which exhibits a 100% sterility and is not affected by temperature variation. An initial observation of the performance of the plants of the newly - developed line in the field and of the colouring expression of their pollen carried out in the summer of 1993 and the spring of 1994 showed that the nms genes can be expressed correctly in Pol cms genes system and a little interaction exists. The genetic composition of the new sterility and its mechanism and the prospect of its utilization are discussed.
