糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)降解转化稻草秸秆研究

摘    要:以食用菌糙皮侧耳(P leurotus ostrea tus)菌株降解稻草秸秆,对子实体产量、品质,基质中木质纤维成分的变化和与基质主要成分降解相关胞外酶活性在不同培养阶段的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,稻草秸秆栽培所获子实体,营养品质较高。经过2潮菇阶段的培养,木质纤维成分在基质中的含量比栽培前降低11.94%~14.7%,主要发生在生殖生长期;对胞外酶的研究发现:淀粉酶在培养前期活性较高;羧甲基纤维素酶、滤纸糖酶、木聚糖酶和蛋白酶活性的峰值与低谷的发生与子实体的发育状态成正相关;漆酶和愈创木酚酶活性变化与基质中木质素的降解相关,在第1潮菇子实体成熟前活性逐渐升高,随后呈下降趋势;漆酶的活性与菌株子实体的产量有正相关关系。

Abstract:Rice straw was degraded with Pleurotus ostreatus, and its effects on fruiting body yield and quality,the change of lignocellulose in the medium and the transformation of extracellular enzyme activity related to the degradation of the major medium constituents at different culture stages were investigated.The results showed that the quality of the fruiting body in the culture with rice straw was relatively good.Lignocellulose content in the medium decreased by 11.94% to 14.7% after two flush mushroom cultivation stages as compared with that at the beginning of the cultivation.Amylase activity was high at the early stage of cultivation.The maximum and minimum activities of carboxymethylcellulase,Fpase,xylanase and protease were positively correlated with the growth of the fruiting body.The change in the activity of laccase and guaiacolase was consistent with lignin degradation,rising steadily before the maturation of the first flush fruit ing body and declining thereafter.Laccase activity was positively correlated with the output of fruiting body.
