香橙和枳的三价铁螯合还原酶诱导研究

摘    要:三价铁螯合还原酶是植物吸收铁过程中非常重要的酶。在田间表现耐缺铁的香橙在缺铁胁迫下,三价铁螯合还原酶活性在胁迫4周时即达到最强,增加约20倍;而在田间表现极易缺铁的枳在铁胁迫4周时,三价铁螯合还原酶活性仅增加约3倍。香橙根系在铁胁迫前后分泌质子的能力增显著强于枳。表明三价铁螯合还原酶对香橙忍耐缺铁起着非常重要的作用,并且香橙具有很强的调节微根际环境PH的能力。

Abstract:It has been hypothesized that under iron stress high ferric chelate reductase (FCR) activity of iron efficient plants in the absorptive root will be induced and thus result in subsequent Fe 2 transport across the plasmalemma. The activity of FCR was detectable in excised roots and was stimulated about 20-fold in C.junos and only about 3-fold in P.trifoliate under iron deficiency on the 4 th week. The capacity of root H secreting in C.junos is more stronger than P.trifoliate under iron stress or no stress. The results showed that FCR play a important role on tolerance to iron stress in C.junos , and C.juno can adjust soil microenviroment pH of roots.
