外源DNA导入小麦后的性状变异与选择

摘    要:采用花粉管通道技术,将燕麦DNA导入普通小麦中,通过连续选择和抗病性鉴定,结果表明,燕麦DNA已导入小麦中,并得到很好表达,而且在D1代就产生了明显的性状变异,D2,D3代趋于稳定,到D5代获得了抗抗条锈病且性状得到了改良的新的变异品系。

Abstract:The pollen passage way was used to transfer the DNA of oats ( Avena sativa L.) into common wheat. Subsequent continuous selection and disease-resistance test indicated that the DNA of oats had been successfully introduced into wheat and was fully expressed. Conspicuous variations of characters were observed in D 1 generation and tended to be stabilized in D 2 and D 3. Variant strains highly resistant to stripe rust and having improved characters were obtained in D 5 generation.
