| Abstract: | Based on the results of a three-year study, a set of effective methods were developed for the simulation of natural climatic conditions and for the growth, management and treatment of the expcriment materials in the study of fertility transformation of photo-and thermo-sensitive genie male sterile lines of rice in growth chambers. These methods are considered to be applicable to other studies of similar nature. |
