电化学及微波合成频哪醇

摘    要:研究了频哪醇的微波及电化学合成,重点探讨电流密度、电解液温度、催化剂用量、微波辐射功率、辐射时间等因素对频哪醇合成产率的影响.通过实验确定最佳微波合成条件为:丙酮20 mL,铝2 g,微波功率为320 W,微波辐射时间为70 s;最佳电化学合成条件为:丙酮20 mL,电流密度为5.0 A/dm2,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为2 h.产品经FT-IR表征,证实与目标产物一致.

Abstract:The effects of current density,electrolyte temperature,catalyst dosage,microwave radiation power and radiation time on the synthesis of pinacol were investigated.The optimal conditions for the synthesis of pinacol by microwave were obtained as follows: acetone volume 20 mL,the mass of catalyst aluminum 2 g,irradiation time 70s and microwave power 320 W.The optimal conditions for the synthesis of pinacol by electrochemistry were obtained as follows: acetone volume 20 mL,current density 5.0 A/dm2,reaction tem...
