氨基寡糖素对番茄青枯病防治作用

摘    要:用氨基寡糖素对番茄青枯病进行防治试验,结果表明在NA平板上,氨基寡糖素400倍及以下的浓度能够完全抑制番茄青枯菌的生长;测定其对番茄青枯菌的最小抑制浓度为500倍。温室控病试验表明,用灌根、浸根后喷雾和灌根并喷雾3种方法处理时,灌根并喷雾的防治方法比其他2种的防效好。利用该方法,氨基寡糖素200倍溶液防治番茄青枯病21d时的相对防效仍能达到51.72%。

Abstract:Amino-oligosaccharide was applied to control bacterial wilt of tomato caused by Ralstonia solanacearum. The results indicated that amino-oligosaccharide could inhibit Ralstonia solanacearum completely on NA,when it was diluted less than 400 times. It reached the minimum inhibition concentration ,when it was diluted 500 times. Comparing thecontrol efficacy of irrigating as well as spraying ,irrigating and spraying after soaking , the control effect of irrigating as well as spraying was best and it was 51.72% in greenhouse.
