摘    要:采用4×5不完全双列杂交设计,研究西南山区5个地方资源自交系和4个4大类群的代表自交系的一般配合力和特殊配合力。结果表明,除了母本组亲本的秃尖长、百粒重的GCA,秃尖长、穗粗、百粒重、单穗粒重的SCA差异不显著外,其余各性状的GCA和SCA均达到显著或极显著水平。郑22、5151这2个自交系在秃尖长性状上的一般配合力为负数,而在其他性状上的一般配合力均为正数,说明郑22、5151在西南玉米育种中具有重要价值。丹340在穗长、穗粗、单穗粒重性状上的一般配合力最高,说明以丹340为亲本,能够组配出大穗高产杂交种。木6在所有性状上的一般配合力均为负数,但与丹340组配的特殊配合力均表现优良。

Abstract:GCA(general combining ability) and SCA(special combining ability) of 5 local maize inbreds and 4 widely used inbreds in China were analyzed in a 4x5 diallel cross experiment.Significant or highly significant differences were observed in GCA and SCA for all the characters studied except GCA of bald top length and 100-kernel-weight and SCA of bald top length,ear diameter,100-kernel-weight and grain weight per ear for female parents.The negative GCA effects for bald top length and positive effects for other characters in inbreds ZHEN22 and 5151 indicated that the two inbreds were important in the breeding projects in the southwestern region of China.Ear length,ear diameter and grain weight per ear of inbred DAN40 showed the highest GCA effects,indicating that big ear hybrids can be obtained by using it as a parent.MU6 showed negative effects for all the characters studied and excellent SCA effects in combination with DAN40.
