茶叶多糖提取分离研究

摘    要:报道了对等外绿茶中的多糖进行分离,纯化的方法,用温水浸提法粗提,过离子树脂分离得咖啡因,过大孔吸附树脂分离得茶叶黄酮,采用鞣酸除蛋白,用乙醇沉淀出复合茶多糖,纯度达60%以上,分子量在2-4万之间,由5种单糖组成的蛋白质复合多糖。该方法与传统的方法相比,具有生产流程简单,安全,无毒,成本低廉,产品纯度较高,对于充分开发茶叶这一丰富的生物资源有一定的意义。

Abstract:This paper reports a technology for the isolation and purification of tea polysaccharides (TPS) from off-grade green tea. In the experiment reported here, crude caffeine, flavonides and TPS were obtained from warm water extract. Then caffeine was isolated with ion exchanger resin, flavonides were isolated with big bore diameter resin, protein was removed with tannic acid, and complex TPC was obtained by sedimentation with ethanol. Their purity of coffein, flavonides and TPC was 70%, 88% and 60%, respectively and the molecular weight of TPC ranged from 10 000 to 40 000. TPC was found to be composed of 5 monosaccharides. Compared with the traditional procedures, the new technology is characterized by high purity, low cost, poisonlessness, safety and simplicity in operation.
