油绿80天菜薹航天诱变后变异株系的RAPD分析

摘    要:利用RAPD技术对油绿80d菜薹种质航天诱变后的3份优良株系及其原始对照种进行遗传变异性分析,结果表明:3份优良株系在分子水平上都发生了不同程度的遗传变异,其中优良变异株系B的差异带最多,变异程度最大,其次为株系C,株系A变异最小.

Abstract:In this study,RAPD markers were used to analyze the genetic variations of flowering Chinese cabbage accessions treated by space flight mutagenesis.Compared with the original species,genetic variations occurred in all the three accessions studied at the molecular level.Accession B had the greatest number of differential bands and the largest variation,followed in order by accession C and accession A.
