摘    要:通过对三七免耕种植定位研究,找出了三七根腐病高发期与土壤微生物类群变化特征的差异,鉴定出了主要病原微生物类群。结果表明:三七根腐病的发生,除已报道的细菌中的假单胞细菌有关外,还与霉菌、放线菌及厌氧生长菌有密切关联,这3类菌群在不同季节存活量的高峰期与三七病害高发期相吻合,并且根腐病株土壤中的霉菌、放线菌及厌氧菌数高于健康植株土壤,分别增加3.89E4.cfu/g,0.94E4,cfu/g,85.10E6.cfu/g,说明这3种细菌也是导致三七根腐病的主要病原菌。

Abstract:The relationship between the characteristics of the changes in edaphon community and the incidence of root rot in sanqi(Panax notoginseng(Burk) F.H.Chen) was studied and the main pathogenic microbes were identified in a fixed zero tillage experiment.The results indicated that the pathogenesis of root rot in P.notoginseng was related not only to pseudomonads,which has been reported,but to mildew,aclinomycetes and anaerobic bacteria as well.The periods of high survival rate of the three microbes coincided with the maximum incidence of root rot,and their number in the soil of the diseased plants was 3.89 E 4.cfu/g,0.94 E 4.cfu/g and 85.10 E 6.cfu/g greater than that in the soil of the healthy plants,thus indicating that they are also responsible for root rot of P.notoginseng.
