龟蜡蚧病原真菌的分离及应用研究

摘    要:从罹病死亡的龟蜡蚧尸体体中分离到一株寄生真菌,经纯化后鉴定为蚧蠊孢菌(FusariumjuruanumP.Henn.)它在多种人工培养基和自然基物上生长良好,产生大小两种孢子,该菌能寄生多种介壳虫,特别对龟蜡蚧幼虫具有较好的寄生致病作用,致死率可达80%以上,菌液在一定浓度范围内,其致死作用随着孢子浓度的增加而上升。

Abstract:Fusarium juruanum P. Henn. was isolated and purified from a natural dead corpse of Ceroplastes floridensis Comstock. The fungus grew well and produced abundant conidia on many kinds of media and natural substrates. Biological assay showed that it was highly effective in controlling the larvae of C. floridensis Comstock. When treated with 10 8 spores/mL of F. juruanum P. Henn. 83.0% of the larvae died. Within a certain range, the lethal rate rose with the concentration of spores. Small plot tests outdoors showed that the fungus has the potential to be used for biocontrol of scale (Coccidae) pests.
