家蚕对质型多角体病毒（CPV）的抵抗性及其与经济性状相关性分析

对22个家蚕纯种进行了CPV抵抗性调查，并分析了与经济性状的相关性，结果表明，品种间对CPV的抵抗性差异极显著，日本种抵抗性比中国种强，家蚕对CPV抵抗性性状与其它数量性状一样，个体间存在差异。差异大小反应了品种群体在该性状的纯合度，家蚕对CPV抵抗性与万蚕收茧量呈显著正相关，与强健性和茧质优劣无明显相关。

RESISTANCE TO CPV AND ITS CORRELATION WITH ECONOMIC CHARACTERS OF SILKWORM

Twenty-two pure races of silkworm were studied to investigate CPV (cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus) resistance resouces. Highly significant inter-varietal differences were observed in CPV resistance, the Japanese races generally having a stronger resistance than the Chinese races. Like other quantitative characters, difference existed between individuals, its magnitude manifesting the homozygosity degree of the race population in respect of the character. Correlation analysis showed that CPV resistance had a significant positive correlation with cocoon crop per 10,000 fourth-instar silkworm and no substantial correlation with silkworm vitality or cocoon quality.
