摘    要:以黄瓜全雌性系S17为材料,采用不同浓度的硝酸银,对处于不同时期的黄瓜幼苗进行诱雄实验.结果表明,在黄瓜幼苗的2叶期,连续2次对其进行喷施浓度300mg/L的硝酸银溶液,其诱雄效果最好.具体表现在出现雄花的数目多(20节内),第一雄花节位低,死株率低等特征.

Abstract:Silver nitrate solution at different concentrations was used to spray the gynoecious seedlings of Cucumis sativus L.(self-bred line S17) at the two- to four-leaf stages to induce male flowers in the plants. Two successive sprays at the two-leaf stage at a rate of 300 mg/L (w/v) gave the best male-flower-inducing effect. In this treatment, the number of induced male flowers was the maximum (in 20 nodes), the node position of the first male flowers was the lowest and the rate of mortality was the minimum.
