鸡腿菇菌丝体的酯酶同工酶研究

摘    要:选择碳源(玉米粉)、氮源(蛋白胨)、pH、温度、培养时间等培养条件,采用L27(5^5)五元二次回归正交试验.液态培养鸡腿菇菌丝体。同工酶分析结果表明,鸡腿蘑菌丝体酯酶(EST)同工酶在不同培养案件间存在差异。

Abstract:In an L_(27)(5~5) orthogonal experiment,the mushroom species Coprinus conmatus was cultured under conditions of different combinations of carbon source(corn flour),nitrogen source(peptone),pH,temperature and culture time and its mycelia were used for PAGE analysis.Its esterase(EST) isozyme showed different patterns with different culture medium formulations.
