酸铝对杉木根DNA合成的影响

摘    要:通过杉木水培试验,研究酸性条件下不同铝浓度对1年生杉木根DNA合成的影响。结果表明:在相同pH条件下,随着水溶液中AL^3+含量的增加,杉木新根DNA水解液中AL^3+含量增加,DNA合成减慢,根重降低;在相同AL^3+浓度条件下,随pH升高,DNA水解液中AL^3+含量降低,DNA合成加快,根重增加。

Abstract:The influence of acid-aluminum on DNA compound of the one-vear Chinese fir mot was studied by water culture. The results showed that that the more alumimum was in culture fluid, the more aluminum was in DNA of Chinese fir root in same pH. The DNA compound slowed down, and the root weight decreased. With pH rising the aluminum in DNA of Chinese fir mot decreased in stone alumimum. The DNA was compounded fast, and the root weight increased.
