摘    要:为探讨中学生心理素质对学业倦怠的影响,并进一步考察自尊在心理素质和学业倦怠之间所起的作用,采用中学生心理素质问卷(简化版)、自尊量表以及青少年学习倦怠量表对1 071名在校中学生进行了测量.研究发现:(1)心理素质与自尊显著正相关,与学业倦怠显著负相关;自尊与学业倦怠显著负相关.(2)心理素质可以直接影响学业倦怠,同时也能够通过自尊的中介作用间接影响学业倦怠.(3)自尊到学业倦怠的路径受到学段的调节,相对于初中生,高中生的自尊对于学业倦怠的预测作用更大.

Abstract:This study aimed to explore the relationship of middle school students'' psychological sushi with their self-esteem and academic burnout and the role of self-esteem in psychological quality and academic burnout. A total of 1071 middle school students were measured using the Middle School Students'' Psychological Suzhi Scale (Simplified Version), the Self-Esteem Scale and the Adolescents'' Learning Burnout Scale. Psychological sushi was shown to be in a significant positive correlation with self-esteem and in a significant negative correlation with academic burnout, and self-esteem was in a significant negative correlation with academic burnout. Psychological suzhi could exert a direct impact on academic burnout or an indirect effect on academic burnout through the mediating role of self-esteem. The path of self-esteem to academic burnout was regulated by grade factors. Compared with that of junior high school students, the self-esteem of high school students had a greater predictive effect on academic burnout.
