光强对金荞麦幼苗部分生理指标和生物量的影响

摘    要:研究不同光强对金荞麦幼苗生物量和部分生理指标的影响.采用室外盆栽试验方法,用遮阳网形成的不同光强处理金荞麦幼苗75d后测定其生物量;另外分5个时期(处理后15d、30d、45d、60d、75d)测定生理指标.50.32%光强下生长的金荞麦幼苗生物量显著高于其他处理.弱光(20.85%和6.98%光强)下生长的金荞麦幼苗在生物量积累减少的情况下,通过增加叶、根生物量和叶柄生物量配置比例,减少主茎、分枝茎生物量配置来适应光环境.金荞麦幼苗叶绿素a、b及叶绿素总质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数、脯氨酸质量分数随着光强减弱而增加,可溶性糖质量分数则相反,其中叶绿素a、b质量分数和脯氨酸质量分数在4个不同处理中达到显著性水平.对于人工栽培的金荞麦,在幼苗期应适当遮阴(试验的相对光强为50%左右),更有利于其生长.
